はクランプの要領図である。 図において、１はワーク、２はストツパ、３ａ
〜３ｄはセンサ、４は搬送ローラ、５はセンタ出
しローラ、６はクランプ、７ａ，７ｂはシリンダ
、８はスライド台、９はガイドレール、１０はベ
ースフレームである。なお、図中、同一符号は同
一、又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ベースフレームの上面に設けた二本のガイドレ
    ール、このガイドレールに載つて進行方向に平行
    移動するスライド台、このスライド台に装備され
    たクランプ、上記ガイドレールを挾んで並ぶ複数
    の搬送ローラ、この搬送ローラと搬送ローラの間
    に直交に装備したセンタ出しローラ、これら一連
    の搬送機構に加工品の横寸法照合のセンサをセン
    タ出しローラ部に、縦寸法照合のセンサをストツ
    パ部とクランプ下部にそれぞれ取付け、これらセ
    ンサと搬送ローラの下部に装備したエンコーダ及
    び関係的に組合せられた各種モータを備え、加工
    品の保持及び搬送を含む全機構の動作を自動化し
    たことを特徴とするセンサ付自動搬送装置。
