Claims (1)
- 内部が高圧に保たれる容器を構成する壁に設け
られた貫通孔と、同貫通孔に取り付けられたスペ
ーサ管と、同スペーサ管の端部へ同軸に接続され
たシリンダチユーブ及び該シリンダチユーブ内を
移動するピストンよりなる流体圧アクチユエータ
と、上記シリンダチユーブおよびピストンを貫通
し該ピストンに固定されたサンプリング管と、同
サンプリング管に接続された吸引機とよりなるこ
とを特徴とするサンプリング装置。
