- 上カバー及び下カバーの間に回転可能な如く設
置された、羽根とステムと鍔からなるガイドベー
ンにおいて、鍔外周部に、該外周面の法線と上カ
バー又は下カバーの流水面とのなす角αが少なく
とも３０°以上となる範囲を覆う弾性体を設置し
た事を特徴とするガイドベーン。
