- 保持筒内に軸方向に変位可能な測定子を備えた
工作物の球状の凹面を測定する測定ヘツドにおい
て、前記保持筒に、前記測定子による測定状態時
に前記工作物の球状の凹面に当接しかつ測定ヘツ
ドの中心軸線を中心とする環状の基準当接部を設
けたことを特徴とする測定ヘツド。
