Claims (1)
- 電源１に、一端が接地された抵抗Ｒ１，Ｒ２と
ダイオードＤ１とを直列に接続した直列回路３を
接続し、前記ダイオードＤ１のアノード端子に、
該ダイオードＤ１の周囲温度の変化に伴う前記ア
ノード端子における電位の変化と所定温度とに基
づいて、前記所定温度を頂点とするＶ字型或いは
逆Ｖ字型の温度特性を有する電圧信号を発生し、
かつ、前記電圧信号を出力する温度補償回路４を
接続し、前記所定温度を頂点とする山型或いは逆
山型の温度特性を有するセンサ２の出力を補正す
るように構成したことを特徴とするセンサの温度
補償回路。
