Many products are known, which are made by retaining aromatic substances, bactericidal agents, etc. in aqueous gels containing C and others as the main ingredients. However, these known gelled products have drawbacks such as syneresis phenomenon, which reduces commercial value, and poor ability to retain deodorants, fragrances, disinfectants, etc., and a high degree of deterioration over time.

In addition, methods of impregnating liquid deodorants into fibrous materials or adsorbing them onto porous adsorbent materials such as activated carbon are known, but since the base materials are water-insoluble, they may not be suitable depending on the application. There was a problem with its suitability.

The pullulan used in the present invention is a polysaccharide produced by strains such as Aureobasidium pullulans, in which maltotriose consisting of α-1,4 bonds is repeatedly polymerized with α-1,6 bonds at its terminal. It is a sticky substance with a polymerization degree of about 20 to 4,000. To produce pullulan, for example, a bacterial strain belonging to Aureobasidium pullulans is grown in a medium containing sugar, butomonosucrose, or starch partial hydrolyzate as a carbon source, and other organic and inorganic nitrogen sources and inorganic salts added. Inoculate the heat sterilized material, 3~
If cultured with shaking or aeration at 25 to 30°C for 7 days, pullulan will accumulate outside the bacterial cells, so the precipitate can be collected by removing the bacterial cells and adding a solvent such as alcohol. When using a commercially available product, use the product name “Pullulan PF2”.
0J (manufactured by Hayashibara Co., Ltd.) etc. can be advantageously used.

A drug that has an oxidative decomposition effect due to ozone (product name: "Nonsumeru" manufactured by Hakugensha, etc.) is used in refrigerators, etc. The method for producing the film of the present invention involves adding a drug that has a deodorizing effect (hereinafter referred to as a deodorizer) to an aqueous solution of pullulan. The ink is mixed to create an ink, which is applied onto a synthetic resin film base material such as polyester and dried by heating to form a pullulan film containing the deodorant, which is detached from the base material. The deodorant solid component contained in the pullulan film thus formed is suitably about 1 to 70% by weight, and the thickness is 5 to 200μ.
A value of about m is preferable for use. Since the film of the present invention is water-soluble, it can be cut to an appropriate size and placed in a urine sample container after a urine test to deodorize it, or it can be placed in odor-filled water to deodorize it. . In addition, as shown in Figure 1, a pullulan film (1) containing a deodorizing agent is interposed between super absorbent resin films (2), and a moisture permeable film (3) is laminated on the negative side of the pullulan film (1). It can be applied to diapers, sanitary napkins, etc. In other words, moisture permeation 111 (
If 3) is used as the surface that comes in contact with the skin, urine, etc. will reach the pullulan film (1) and this film will be dissolved, so that the deodorant inside will come into contact with the malodorous substance and exert its deodorizing effect. In addition, as shown in Figure 2 (a), an ink containing a deodorizing agent is applied to the surface of the nonwoven fabric (4) used for the bed sheet and heated and dried to form a pullulan film layer (1), with the film surface facing downward. When layered with a lower bedding, human sweat passes through the bedding and reaches the pullulan film layer (1), and the deodorizing agent acts in the same manner, resulting in a deodorizing effect.

FIG. 2(b) shows an embodiment in which a nonwoven fabric (4) is formed on both sides of the pullulan film layer (1) and the ends are heat-sealed (5). The bed sheet shown in FIG. 2 is suitable for use, for example, as a disposable bed sheet for a bedridden elderly person.

In addition, when pullulan is impregnated with a disinfectant such as stabilized chlorine dioxide 9-hypochlorite as a deodorizing agent, the film can be put into water to provide simple drinking water.
