- 筒状の導体の電気抵抗を４端子法で測定するプ
ローブにおいて、筒状の導体の内面肩部に接触す
るバネを有し押すと中にひつこみ、離すともとに
もどる機構から成る円推形の内側プローブ、およ
び内壁面に絶縁皮膜を有する筒状の先端が丸身ま
たは平坦な形状で試料に損傷を与えない構成をも
つ外側プローブで構成することを特徴とする電気
抵抗測定プローブ。
