Therefore, in order to work on the roof, it is necessary to put one's feet on the position where the tile beams are present, which has the disadvantage of poor work efficiency. Furthermore, since the metal tile has a high thermal conductivity, the void is directly affected by the outside temperature, and dew condensation occurs on the back surface of the metal tile, which may undesirably corrode various parts in contact with the void.

This project proposes a roof structure that prevents condensation, improves workability, and reduces costs.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the roof structure according to the above invention, in which 1 is a rafter, 2 is a sheathing board, 3 is a waterproof sheet, the earth is a roof base and is made up of a sheathing board 2 and a waterproof sheet 3, and 5 is a tile beam. , 6.7 is a reinforcement board, 8 is a metal tile,
A void 9 has a triangular cross section and is formed between the roof base ↓, the back surface of the metal tile 8, and the tile crosspiece 5, and the cross section of the void 9 corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the metal tile 8. To explain in more detail, the waterproof sheet 3 has a structure in which asphalt felt or the like is layered from the ridge (not shown) toward the eaves, so that in the unlikely event that
It has a laminated structure that prevents rainwater from entering the roof board 2 even if it leaks. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the tile beams 5 are fixed to the rafters 1 via nails 10 in parallel with the ridge and at a pitch Pg corresponding to the mounting pitch P1 of the metal tiles 8. Note that the height h and width W are determined depending on the mounting piece 8a of the metal tile 8, but the height h is about 20 to 50 II m, and the width W is about 30 to 50 II m.
It is about 1m. The reinforcing board 6.7 is made by laminating boards with shapes as shown in FIGS. 3(a) and 3(b) in the position shown in FIG. 2, and is mainly intended to reinforce the metal tile 8 and prevent corrosion due to dew condensation. be. That is, the reinforcing board 6.7 is a sheathing insulation board formed in a size corresponding to the gap, and its filling degree is the volume that fills the main part of the gap 9. In particular, the width W+ of the reinforcing board 6 is 5
The pitch between P3 and W+≦P, the thickness 11 is 4~12 Oboro-5, the length 11 is about 1800, and the reinforcement board 7
Assuming width Wl, thickness jg, and length 1g, W+>W spirit,
tg≧Elsjl> is snow, 11=IN, and 1. +1
.. is made to appropriately contact the back surface of the metal tile 8 from above the roof subsurface in the gap 9, and is dimensioned to reinforce the metal tile 8 so that it will not deform even if external pressure is applied to it. Incidentally, the construction was made by simply abutting one side end on the tile crosspiece 5 and overlapping it, making the construction extremely easy. The metal tile 8 has a shape as shown in FIGS. 4(a) to 4(f), for example, and is made of colored steel plate (plate thickness 0.27 to 0.3 mm), stainless steel [E < plate K It is molded using a copper plate (plate thickness of about 0.4 mm). This is particularly useful when the metal tile 8 has a crest and is thick enough to be depressed by external pressure.

First, the tile beams 5 are fixed on the roof base ↓ to the rafters 1 in order from the eaves to the ridge at a predetermined pitch Ps via nails lO. Next, the reinforcing board 6 is laid as shown in FIG. 2, and then the reinforcing board 7 is superimposed on the reinforcing board 6 to fill the main part of the void 9. Of course, the thickness of the reinforcing board 6.7 does not lift the metal tile 8, but the metal tile 8
The roof surface 8b of the roof surface 8b is dimensioned to be reinforced against external pressure by stepped contact. Next, metal tiles 8 are sequentially installed from the eaves to the ridge to form the roof.

That is, FIGS. 5(a) and 5(b) show the case where reinforcing boards 7 are laminated on the roof substratum in the void 9 so as to reinforce the vicinity of the peaks, which are the weakest points in the shape of the metal tile 8. The width W5 and the width 5It3 are formed corresponding to each metal tile 8. FIG. 6 shows a case where the reinforcing board 6 is arranged so as to cover the entire space between the tiles 5.
