- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 陰極を形成する素子本体に陽極リード線の
一端を埋め込み、陽極リード線に、絶縁リングを
挿着して成るタンタルコンデンサ素子において、
陽極リード線の自由端が面取り形状に成形された
ことを特徴とするタンタルコンデンサ素子。 (2) 陽極リード線の自由端が角錐台形に成形さ
れた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のタンタ
ルコンデンサ素子。
