本考案は手首部へ装着する簡易型の携帯用血圧
計に関し、詳しくは手首の動脈部をスポツト的に
直接圧迫し、血流の擦過音(コロトコフ音)をキ

診器を所定の上腕動脈部へ臨ませることも容易で
ない(勿論、片手での聴診器の取扱いにも困難を
来たす)。又、腕帯と送気球及び水銀柱はゴム管
をもつて連結してなるため、慣れないとゴム管の
振動により生ずる音を血流の擦過音と誤認するこ
ともある。この現象は不安定となる片手(一人)
で行なう時に特に生じ易いものである。従つて、
一般には訓練を受けた第三者(医師等)が行なわ

る。このマノメーター9の構成は、公知のアネロ
イド型マノメーターにあつての気圧により変化す
る空ごう(図示せず)を除いた構造で、この空ご
うに連動して作動するシヤフト部を前記伝達ギヤ
ー12を有する作動軸10としたものである。1

た擦過音キヤツチ用マイクロホンで、該マイクロ
ホン13はジヤツク14を介して差込み自在とな
つたイヤホーン15に導いてなり、全体として時
計バンド型を呈する携帯用血圧計16となる。1

達ギヤー12が取付いたマノメーター9側の作動
軸10も連動して回動される。この作動軸10の
リング部10aが中央を枢着された揺動自在のセ
クタ20を可動させ、該セクタ20の扇形ギヤー
部20aに噛合のピニオン21と一体に配した指
針22が、目盛板23上を移行するものとなる。
この状態(血流停止)にて、前記動脈押圧軸体6
を逆廻しに動かして圧迫子7を少し後退させれ
ば、また血液が流れ始め擦過音(コロトコフ音)
が聞え始める。この時前記指針22の指す目盛を
読み取れば、それが最高血圧(収縮期圧)であ

上述の様に本考案の血圧計は、縛帯を手首部へ

出しに連動するマノメーターを備えた構造とした
ことにより、全体としてコンパクトなユニツト構
成となる。従つて携帯に極めて便利である。しか
も、使用に当つては時計バンドを嵌める様に手首
縛帯を、この硬質あてがい部が動脈部へ位置する
ように装着すればよく、片手にて十分扱い得る。
即ち、一人(自分自身)での装着が容易となる。
又、この取扱い操作も、動脈押圧軸体を単に廻す
だけの簡単な作業でよく、熟練を必要とせず、且
つ該動脈押圧軸体はスポツト的に動脈を直接圧迫
し血流の流れを制御する方式のため、カフタイプ
の如き間接的な緊縛手段と異なるので、コンパク
ト構成にもかかわらず正確な値を得る。更に、本
考案は擦過音を聴覚にて直接感知するイヤホーン
タイプとしたことにより、従来より使い慣れた聴
診器扱いと同等の測定感覚でよい等の実用的効果
を奏するものである。尚、このマノメーター部
は、実施例図においてバンド体の長手方向となる
硬質あてがい部端縁に配したが、直交方向となる
横方向(腕方向)へ張出し構成してもよい。又、
手首縛帯は、必要にあつてはブレスレツトの如き
に全環を硬質部材としてもよい(但し、この時は
動脈押圧軸体の繰出し量を、手首径の大、小に適
応するよう調整手段をもつて対処させ構成するこ
