    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. タングステン等のポーラスな陰極基体金属に電
    子放射物質を含浸させた陰極基体と、該陰極基体
    を加熱するための内部ヒーターと、カソードスリ
    ーブからなる含浸型陰極に於て、ヒータのコイル
    ピツチに合わせた溝又は突起を外壁面に有したカ
    ソードスリーブと、表面を絶縁処理し前記カソー
    ドスリーブにまき、固定した外部ヒータを有する
    ことを特徴とする含浸型陰極。
