Claims (1)
- 表示用の透明電極と、該透明電極上の端部と接
続し、パネル端子部へ導出した導出電極とを有す
る前面基板と、表示用電極を有する後面基板とを
前記各々の表示用電極が相対向するよう、少なく
とも前記透明電極と、導出電極との接合部を含ん
で、封止材を用いて気密封止し、内部に放電可能
な希ガスを充填して成るプラズマデイスプレイパ
ネルに於いて、前記透明電極と導出電極との接合
部上に、少なくとも封止材の焼成温度より高い軟
化点温度を有する誘電体層を形成したことを特徴
とするプラズマデイスプレイパネル。
