    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子を発生するフイラメントと、電子の加速及
    び制御を行うグリツドと、蛍光体層が塗布された
    陽極基板と、透光性の導電膜が内面に形成された
    カバーガラスとを有する螢光表示管において、前
    記導電膜は部分的に抵抗値を異ならせて形成され
    ていることを特徴とする螢光表示管。
