  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電池内に収納した発電要素の少なくともいず
    れか一方の電極とこの電極の外部端子を、電池内
    に収納したＰＴＣ素子を介して電気的に接続して
    なることを特徴とする電池。 ２ 前記ＰＴＣ素子が耐電解液性樹脂により被覆
    されたものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の電池。 ３ 前記ＰＴＣ素子が温度上昇により抵抗値が増
    大する導電性ポリマー片を２枚の金属板の間に固
    着してなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の電池。
