Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発光又は受光した光を反射する反射鏡を支
持した鏡支持部材を本体に可動自在に取り付け、
伝送光路を変化させるように構成したことを特徴
とする光半導体装置。 (2) 上記本体が金属丸型ステムにキヤツプを被
嵌した金属丸型パツケージで構成され、上記鏡支
持部材が内部に反射鏡を固定し、下部が開放され
、側部に透光窓を有した円筒キヤツプで形成され
て、本体キヤツプの外周に上記円筒キヤツプの下
部が着脱自在かつ回動自在に嵌合されていること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の光半導体装置。 (3) 上記本体が上面に光路を中心とする環状溝
を形成したデユアルラインパツケージで構成され
、上記支持部材が内部に反射鏡を固定し、下部が
開放され、側部に透光窓を有した円筒キヤツプで
形成されて、本体環状溝に上記円筒キヤツプの下
部が着脱自在かつ回動自在に嵌合されていること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の光半導体装置。
