Claims (1)
- ピストンを支持するベアリングに、その先端側
から順に第１環状溝と第２環状溝とを形成すると
ともに、この第１環状溝とベアリング先端との間
には、第１環状溝に隣接してベアリングのシリン
ダ嵌合部の外径よりもわずかに大きな外径の環状
突部を形成し、かつ、上記第１環状溝の底部には
、その先端側から第２環状溝側に向かつて徐々に
深さを深くした斜面を形成し、上記第１環状溝外
周に位置するシリンダ先端部と上記ベアリングの
環状突部とを同一成形ロールにて一体的にかしめ
変形させることにより当該環状突部とシリンダ先
端との外周面を同一外径寸法にするとともに、環
状溝底部の斜面を平坦に成形してなることを特徴
とするステイダンパ。
