油圧緩衝器の縦断面図である。 尚、図面中１はボトムケース、５はフオークパ
イプ、８はシートパイプ、１４はフリーバルブ、
１６，２４，２５，２８は油孔、１７はシリンダ
ブロツク、１８はピストン、２１，２２はスプリ
ング、２６，２７はパイプ、Ｓ１，Ｓ２，Ｓ３，
Ｓ４，Ｓ５は油室である。
第２図は第１図のＡ方向側面図、第３図は従来の
油圧緩衝器の縦断面図である。 尚、図面中１はボトムケース、５はフオークパ
イプ、８はシートパイプ、１４はフリーバルブ、
１６，２４，２５，２８は油孔、１７はシリンダ
ブロツク、１８はピストン、２１，２２はスプリ
ング、２６，２７はパイプ、Ｓ１，Ｓ２，Ｓ３，
Ｓ４，Ｓ５は油室である。
Claims (1)
- ボトムケース内の底部にシートパイプを固着し
、ボトムケース内周面に摺接するフオークパイプ
を上方から挿入し、ボトムケース内周面とシート
パイプ外周面との間をフオークパイプに設けたバ
ルブによつて上部油室と下部油室に区画し、下部
油室とシートパイプ内方の油溜室とをシートパイ
プに形成した油孔で連通してなる油圧緩衝器にお
いて、前記ボトムケースにはシリンダブロツクが
設けられ、このシリンダブロツク内にはスプリン
グによつて摺動自在にフローテイング支持され且
つシリンダブロツク内を２つの油室に区画するピ
ストンが配設され、更にシリンダブロツク内の一
方の油室は前記上部油室と連通し、他方の油室は
前記下部油室と連通していることを特徴とするス
トローク依存型油圧緩衝器。
