梁の主鉄筋に連結される通し筋を配設するととも
に、前記外側帯状リングフープには、前記通し筋
の貫通箇所夫々に、平坦な外端面を有する筒状部
材を一体的に固着し、そして、前記筒状部材の外
側からと前記内側枠体の内側とから、前記通し筋
に螺嵌された内外一対のナツトにより締め付け固
定してあるという特徴を備えている。
