To connect the units easily and with good appearance by providing a cover material across the connection part of both units to be connected and by screwing a mounting screw for fixing this cover material between both protrusions. It is an object of the present invention to provide a connecting mechanism for a structure, which is characterized by being able to perform rain-proofing as well as being able to effectively shut down from rain.

It is composed of horizontal frames 3, 3 formed from a pair of extruded aluminum sections, and a flexible synthetic resin face material 4 interposed in the space between these vertical frames 2 and horizontal frames 3. ing. Construction unit 1, 1 configured in this way
An arch-like structure is formed by connecting the vertical frames 2 to each other, and in this case, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the vertical frame 2 A flange 5, a face plate mounting flange 6 that protrudes substantially orthogonally from the outdoor side of the connecting flange 5, and a protrusion 7 that projects on the connecting side of the connecting flange 5, that is, the side opposite to the face plate mounting flange 6; It is composed of a protrusion 8 having a substantially L-shaped cross section and protruding toward the indoor side from the tip end side of the panel mounting flange 6.
When connecting the connecting flanges 5, 5 to each other, a liner 9 is interposed to maintain a constant distance between the connecting flanges 5, 5, and both flanges 5, 5 are fixed with bolts 10 and nuts 11. On the outdoor side of the face material 4, which is fixed to the face part through a packing 12 made of synthetic rubber with screws 13 and washers 14, an arch-shaped extruded aluminum profile is formed spanning both vertical frames 2, 2. A cover material 15 is provided over the surface material 15, and at this time, this cover material 15 and the face material mounting flange 6 cooperate to form the mounting seal groove 16 of the surface material 4.
The mounting seal groove 16 is filled with silicone-based wet sealing material 18 via a backup material 17, and a mounting hole 15 is formed in the cover material 15 from the outside of the cover material 15. The cover material 15 can be attached by screwing a mounting screw 19 passing through the space between the protrusions 7, 7 facing each other. In this case, the protrusion 7
If a concave and convex strip 7' is formed along the vertical frame 2 on the tip surface of the bolt 2, and an interval approximately equal to the screw root diameter is left between the tips of both protrusions, fixing of the mounting screw 19 will be made easier. be able to. Furthermore, if the mounting screw 19 is a self-tapping screw and a space is provided between the tips of both protrusions 7, 7, which is about the diameter of the thread root, it is not necessary to cut the female thread, and the mounting screw 19 can be easily fixed. You can also do it. Furthermore, the exposed portion of the mounting screw 19 on the outdoor side is covered with a sealing material 20 to maintain air-water tightness of the mounting portion.

In this case, the connecting part inner cover material 21 has a fixing screw 22 passing through the mounting groove 21a in the center between the other protrusions 23, 23 that protrude from the connecting surface of the connecting flanges 5, 5 on the indoor side. Like the cover material 15, it is attached by screwing. As described above, the inside and outside of the connecting portions of the units 1, 1 are covered with the covering materials 15 and 21.

A screw receiving recessed line 27 is formed and projects outward from this face material mounting surface 26.
The outer side of the panel 4, which is in contact with the panel mounting surface 26 through the packing 12 and fixed by the screws 13 and washers 14, is attached to the screw receiving concave strip 27. It is covered with a cover material 29 fixed with screws 28, and the seal material 18 is filled through the back-up material 17 into the mounting seal groove 30 formed by the cover material 29 and the face material mounting surface 26. As a result, the attached state of the face material 4 and the horizontal frame 3 is maintained in an air- and water-tight manner.

顕著である。 As explained above, according to the connecting mechanism of this invention, when the units forming a structure are assembled in advance in a factory or the like and the units are connected to each other on site, the connecting surfaces of the units in the vertical frame of the units face each other. Projections that protrude in the connection direction are formed at the parts where the two units are connected, and a mounting screw for fixing the cover material that is installed across the connecting parts of both units that are connected to each other is screwed between both projections. This makes it possible to connect the units with each other neatly and easily, and since the space between both vertical frames is closed with a cover material, it is well protected from rain, and furthermore, it is easy to attach the cover material. In this case, since the screw receiver for the cover material mounting screw is formed between the protrusions protruding from both vertical frames, excellent effects such as the reduction of component parts can be obtained, and its utility value is remarkable. .
