きず、耐久性に劣るというような問題点があつ

溶剤型接着材により防水シート4の上面に水密状
態に溶着接合一体化されている。12はこの環状

付基板2の下面に略全体的に形成するものとして

縁下面と防水シート4との間の2個所であるが、
前者からの雨水等は、取付基板2との相接面間に
おいて溶着部14によつて封水される一方、支柱
1の下端と取付基板2との間から更にねじ孔7を
経て防水シート4上に達しても、取付基板2と防
水シート4との間の溶着部12によつて封水され
て固定用ねじ6の貫通部分にまで到達することは
ない。また、後者から雨水は、いうまでもなく合
成樹脂製防水カバー10の袴部10aと防水シー
ト4との溶着部15によつて内部への浸入を阻止
される。従つて、漏水の原因となる床下地5内へ
の雨水等の浸入は完全に防止され、高い防水効果
