(b) Determine the length of the lead wire in advance, and avoid problems such as poor withstand voltage. Since a connector or the like is attached to one end in advance and soldering or the like is performed on the other end, the work is careful and inefficient. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the means thereof will be disclosed below.

A winding coil for a motor equipped with a member is provided. Further, in the terminal processing of the other end of the coil wire and the lead wire, a process is adopted in which the length of the lead wire is adjusted after the motor is assembled, and a connector is attached to the lead wire. This wire-wound coil has sufficient connection and retention, perfect insulation, and the length adjustment of the lead wires can be performed after the motor is assembled, making it easier to work and improving efficiency.

の長所もある。(F) Effect The present invention uses self-fusion welding to connect the bare end of the lead wire and the magnet wire, and uses a heat shrink tube to ensure complete electrical insulation. This prevents the occurrence of problems that may occur, increases the reliability of the connection between the magnet wire and the lead wire, and allows the length of the lead wire to be appropriately determined depending on the situation after the motor is assembled, and connection work can then be carried out. This makes the work easier and more efficient, as well as managing inventory of finished products in which the length of the lead wire is cut in advance and a connector, etc. is attached to the end, as in the conventional case. There are also advantages in terms of management, such as the ability to manufacture motor winding coils to suit various situations with a small amount of inventory.
