These include towels soaked in boiling water, konnyaku, etc., applied directly to the affected area, and compresses containing irritating substances such as chili peppers. However, the former treatment method using hot compress towels, konnyaku, etc. can only provide a hot compress state at high temperatures for a short time, and it is necessary to temporarily suspend daily life activities during the treatment. Furthermore, since the heat of vaporization is removed by the compress after the treatment, there is a possibility that the opposite effect will be brought about. In addition, the latter treatment method using irritating substances merely irritates the skin, and there is a possibility that skin disorders such as rashes and rashes may appear.

For example, when a hot compress structure is used in close contact with the human body, it may be necessary for the hot compress to maintain a constant skin temperature, for example, at a temperature not exceeding 40° C., for a long period of time.

In particular, it is difficult to maintain a constant temperature for a sufficient period of time without exceeding a certain temperature.

It was extremely difficult.

It is preferable that it is below. In this way, when the heat generating composition 4 absorbs oxygen, the ventilation layer 1 easily contracts.
This is advantageous because the surfaces of the heat generating composition 4 and the ventilation layer 1 are in close contact with each other, and the shifting of the heat generating composition 4 can be easily prevented. Also, increase the ventilation amount to 0.1 to 0.8 x 10-4cc/cm-”
The micropore diameter for controlling within the range of sec-'-Torr-' is preferably 15μ or less. When the micropore diameter is 15 μm or less, oxygen absorption is controlled, so that close contact between the heat generating composition 4 and the ventilation layer 1 can be easily maintained.

Same as (1) 7g (e) As mentioned above (force) From Figure 4, even if the temperature and humidity area is changed from the above, the maximum temperature is the same as the characteristics v and vi in the figure. It can be seen that it remains almost constant and continues stably. From the comparison with the results of the above test, when the temperature and humidity distribution area changes,
The maximum temperature of the skin also changes, for example, as the temperature and humidity distribution area increases, the area of application to the human body increases, and as a result, the movement of red blood cells in the blood vessels of the human body becomes active and blood flow is promoted.
It is thought that skin temperature increases.

In this test result, it is thought that by measuring at different attachment points, differences due to differences in blood flow will appear, resulting in slight changes in characteristics. Furthermore, in this experiment, the skin temperature was measured to be higher than when the patch was applied to the waist. However, individual differences may also occur.

Changes in the outside air Compared to smoking, the skin temperature characteristic viii is hardly affected by the outside temperature. Since the exothermic composition mentioned above is in close contact with each other, there is no deviation of the exothermic composition, and since the exothermic composition is always stable in contact with oxygen, the exothermic composition continues to generate heat at a constant temperature. Seem. In addition, it is thought that there is also a factor due to sweating due to the homeothermic effect of the human body, that is, as the outside temperature rises and the body temperature becomes higher, it is thought that an attempt is made to lower the body temperature by sweating.

The duration of the hot compress can be adjusted by changing the exothermic composition or the weight of the exothermic composition, as long as it is within the range of 4 cc cm-'' and 5 ec-1 Torr-'. By using a heat-generating composition suitable for the amount of ventilation, or by changing the structure of the hot compress, the above-mentioned maximum skin temperature of 38 to 46° C. can be satisfied.

However, according to the present invention, this problem has been solved by using a microporous sheet with a predetermined amount of ventilation, and stable temperature characteristics can now be obtained. Furthermore, it is thought that because the poultice layer was in close contact with the skin, heat exchange between the skin and the heating element was almost unaffected by changes in outside temperature.
