(Conventional technology) When constructing an apartment complex using residential units, in order to obtain an efficient block configuration, it is necessary to use a so-called flat type where each floor is planned on a horizontal plane, or to integrate residential units on upper and lower floors. It is often constructed using a so-called maisonette type hat.

<Problem to be solved by the invention> In the former flat type, it is difficult to create a space in the atrium installed in a normal detached house, and in the latter maisonette type, the space that connects the upper and lower floors is a staircase room. , it was difficult to obtain a large enough space.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and includes forming a dwelling unit from a vertical space and a horizontal living room communicating with the vertical space. The atrium itself has a large space formed in advance, and these housing units are assembled to construct a housing complex.

<Function> In other words, by stacking residential units consisting of vertical spaces and horizontal living areas in a state where the horizontal living areas are stacked, the atrium allows each residential unit having a space to be stacked efficiently, and moreover, it is possible to stack residential units each having a space. Fitting the shape itself into a so-called rectangular shape also becomes a turning part.

<Example> The apartment complex of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. 1st
The figure is a perspective view showing a dwelling unit l. This dwelling unit 1 has a vertical space 2 and a wet living room 3 that communicates with the vertical space 2. The dwelling unit l of this embodiment has horizontal living room parts 3 and 3 on both sides of the vertical space part 2.
It forms a so-called T-shape. As shown in the schematic cross-sectional plan view of FIG. 2, the vertical space 2 is an atrium-shaped space, and there is an entrance 4 on either side of the lower part of the space, and a passageway leading up and down to the horizontal living room 3. A staircase 5 is provided for this purpose.

On the other hand, the horizontal living room part 3 is as shown in the schematic plan view in Fig. 3.
An atrium communicating with the vertical space 2 is provided approximately in the middle, and living rooms 11 and 32 are provided on both sides of this space, respectively. Further, a connecting corridor 33 is formed above the vertical space 2 with a frame extending between the living room 31 and the living room 32. The connecting corridor 33 is connected to the L part of the staircase 5 provided in the vertical space 2 described above. That is, as shown in the schematic vertical cross-sectional view of FIG. 4, the T-shaped dwelling unit 1 has a vertical space 2 approximately in the middle, and living rooms 31 and 32 are provided on both sides of the upper part. Therefore, in each housing unit,
The vertical space part 2 itself forms a partition space, and a separate atrium forms a space between the entrance 4 and each living room 31, 32. In particular, if this atrium is placed on the south side of the housing complex, the vertical space 2 can be used as a multipurpose space such as a sunroom or studio. In addition, if you need to increase the number of rooms due to changes in your family structure,
The atrium of the vertical space 2 can have a floor and walls on the top to secure the required number of rooms.

Furthermore, Figure 8 shows that
A dwelling unit 8.8 has a horizontal living room section 3 on one side of the vertical space section 2, and horizontal living room sections 3, 3 on the upper and lower sides of the other side, respectively.
