るが、小粒子のものは分離不十分となり、脱水ケ
ーキはこの脱水不良のケーキによりベタベタのダ
ンゴ状になる。また微粒子が多い場合はスクリー
ンに目詰りが発生する。その対策としてケーキ洗
滌用洗滌部より水洗いすれば、スクリーンが洗わ
れ、脱水可能になる。但し、水洗量が多いとその
水がスクリーン面を走り全体のケーキ含水率が悪
化する。尚、水洗いしても徴粒子のベタ状態は失

パイプ7を配し、この洗浄パイプに洗浄ノズル8
を設けてこれによりケーキの洗浄を行なうように
する。さらに給液パイプ3より供給されたスラリ
ーはスクリユー内端部のスラリー供給口より第1
バスケツト内周面部へ導びかれ、第1バスケツト
内周面に沿つてその内端部より外端部へ搬送され
る時、所望の分離脱水が行なわれるが、この第1
バスケツト1はその内端部から外端部にかけて脱
水ゾーンAと洗滌ゾーンBに分けられている。ま
た第1バスケツト1の外端部に設けられたスクリ
ーン押え4の外端には、内周面が外端側を小径と

間は第1バスケツトだけでは短いので洗浄後の脱
水が不充分であるが、この第1バスケツトに自動
排出型の第2バスケツトを突設しているため、第
1バスケツトで脱水分離洗浄後、ケーキを次の第
2バスケツトへ円錐ボールを経て搬出し、この第
2バスケツトの水径側に落下供給し、再度ここで
過脱水した後排出せしめるようになしている。
