Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は電機子の要部を示す断面図、第２図は
電機子コイルの斜視図、第３図は本考案の要部を
示す斜視図、第４図は第３図のｔａｎδ特性を示
す説明図である。 図において、１は導体、３は対地絶縁材、８は
フイルム、９はガラスクロス、１０は接着ボンド
である。なお各図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分
を示す。
補正 昭６２．７．９ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 導体に対地絶縁材を巻き付け、樹脂を含浸
させた回転電機の電機子コイルにおいて、上記対
地絶縁材は厚さが０．０２５mm〜０．２５mmのフ
イルム絶縁と厚さが０．０２５mm〜０．２５mmの
ガラスクロスとを上記フイルム絶縁と上記ガラス
クロスと接着ボンドとの全重量に対する重量の比
率が３０％以下の上記接着ボンドで貼合せたシー
ト状の構造とすると共に、上記導体に上記対地絶
縁材をすし巻き状に巻き付けることにより上記樹
脂の含浸を容易とする構成としたことを特徴とす
る回転電機の電機子コイル。 (2) 接着ボンドはフイルム絶縁に塗布されてい
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の回転電機の電機子コイル。 (3) 接着ボンドの塗布は断続的になされている
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
記載の回転電機の電機子コイル。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 導体に対地絶縁をすし巻状に巻きつけたも
    のにおいて、上記対地絶縁材はフイルム絶縁とガ
    ラスクロスとを接着ボンドで貼り合わせたシート
    としたことを特徴とする回転電機の電機子コイル
    。 (2) 対地絶縁材としてフイルム厚さは０．０２
    ５mm〜０．２５mmの範囲内でガラスクロス厚さは
    ０．０２５mm〜０．２５mmの範囲内のものを組合
    わせたものを使用することを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転電機の電機子コ
    イル。 (3) 絶縁シート材の貼り合わせはフイルムの片
    面に接着ボンドを塗布し、その上にガラスクロス
    を貼り合わせたものでボンド量は３０％以下であ
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の回転電機の電機子コイル。 (4) 絶縁シートを接着ボンドで貼り合わせる場
    合、フイルム側に接着ボンドを塗布し、その上に
    ガラスクロスを貼り合わせたことを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転電機の電
    機子コイル。
