Claims (1)
生体により該被測流体に生ずる渦差圧を検出して
流量／流速検出信号を生成する流量／流速検出手
段と、該被測流体の前記渦発生体近傍の上流側と
下流側との差圧を検出し差圧検出信号を生成する
差圧検出手段と、該差圧検出信号より前記流量／
流速検出信号に含まれるノイズ成分を演算すると
共に該流量／流速検出信号より該ノイズ成分を除
去しこれを修正する修正手段とを設けてなる渦流
