- 加熱室天井６にヒータ７を金属製のヒータ支持
具８により固着し、ヒータ７のふく射熱と高周波
給電口３からの高周波エネルギーとで食品を調理
する高周波加熱装置において、上記ヒータ支持具
８のヒータ７に接する面に複数個の突起１３を設
けたことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
