る。(Prior art) As a method for producing a molded film used in producing a textured decorative material, for example, as described in the detailed explanation of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-51872, the film is heated and pressurized. A method of forming the surface into an uneven shape, a method of applying a film forming agent on an original plate having an uneven pattern and peeling it off after forming the film as described in JP-A-50-75244; 1978-
As described in Japanese Patent No. 134859, a method of printing a thermosetting resin on the surface of a base material (in this case, a metal plate) has been conventionally used.

準備しなければならない。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the method of heating and pressurizing, it is expensive to produce a template used for pressurizing, and moreover, it is not possible to express fine irregularities. Further, in the method using a film forming agent, it takes too much time from application to film formation, and a large number of original plates must be prepared.

材の貫通孔の形に沿つて凹凸状に変形する。(Operation) The vinylon film is vacuumed with just enough force to fix it so that it does not move, so the vinylon film hardly deforms before printing, but when ink is applied to its surface, the moisture in the ink is removed. It penetrates into the film, causing the film to swell and become easily deformed, and begins to deform in the direction of the suction holes, eventually deforming into an uneven shape that follows the shape of the through-holes of the mold material.

フイルムの製造方法。1. A vinylon film is stacked on a support base having a vacuum suction hole through a mold material having a through hole of a desired shape, and then a polyvinyl alcohol resin is applied to the surface of the film while vacuum suction is applied so that the vinylon film does not move. An arbitrary raised pattern is applied using the ink as the main component, and the vinylon film swollen by the water in the ink is deformed into an uneven shape along the shape of the through hole of the mold material, and the ink and the film are swollen. A method for producing a vinylon-formed film, characterized in that vacuum suction is terminated after drying and removing moisture.
