- 電位差法により不確定な位置に発生する亀裂を
検出する亀裂検出装置において、所定位置に対向
して複数の孔が設けられた一対の絶縁シート間に
、複数の電位計測用リード線がそれぞれ一端部が
前記孔部に露出するように挟みこまれてなるセン
サと、前記センサの電位計測用リード線の他端部
が接続された電位測定器とを具備したことを特徴
とする亀裂検出装置。
