  1. フイラメントより放射される電子をグリツドに
    て加速制御し陽極上に附着させた蛍光体に衝突さ
    せてその発光を蛍光体層を通して観察する平面発
    光形蛍光表示パネルにおいて陽極を有する基板面
    とこれに対抗するカバーガラス面を傾斜させたこ
    とを特徴とする平面発光形蛍光表示パネル。
