Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透光性の前面電極が形成された透光性のカバー
    プレートと、後面電極が形成されたバツクプレー
    トとが互いに電極を対向させるように配置され、
    前記電極は互いに適当な放電ギヤツプを維持し、
    かつ前記電極は、どちらも誘電体層でおおわれ、
    放電ギヤツプ間に導入された希ガスの放電の発光
    により、任意の図形、文字等の表示を行なうプラ
    ズマデイスプレイパネルにおいて、前記誘電体層
    厚さが、部分的に異なるように構成されているこ
    とを特徴とするプラズマデイスプレイパネル。
