：差動増幅回路、４：電圧比較回路、５，１３：
出力信号、６：比較電圧、７，１５：欠陥検出信
号、８，８′：欠陥部分信号、９：ノイズ成分信
号、１０：整流回路、１１：積分回路、１２：可
変減衰回路、１３：入力信号、１４：比較信号。

    発生する出力信号５を一定値の比較電圧６と比較
    して得るパルス状の欠陥部分信号８より磁性層の
    欠陥を検出する磁気センサ回路において、前記出
    力信号５を整流、積分した比較信号１４をもつて
    前記比較電圧６とする磁気センサ回路。
