かゝるという欠点があつた。 In conventional simple roofs of this type, the pillars are straight pillars, and the roof body and the top end of the pillars are directly connected, and if the pillars are set back from the front frame, they are connected with a flexible hose. Therefore, if it is necessary to erect the pillars at a different position than the standard position to avoid plants, etc., it is often necessary to change the position of the rafters and purlin members of the roof body, and it also does not look good. If the pillars are connected directly to the front frame, it is possible to shift them horizontally without changing the structure of the roof body, but it is difficult to shift them longitudinally, and in either case. Also,
It had the disadvantage of poor workability and versatility, and as a result, increased costs.

きる簡易屋根を提供することを目的とする。 The present invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and the pillar is a bent tubular pillar with an inclined part, which is circumscribed to the tubular front frame of the roof frame and partially fitted to receive it. By establishing a structure in which the front frame and columns are communicated through a column joint that is attached to the front frame by bolt connection, it is more versatile than before, and can improve workability, drainage function, and aesthetics. The purpose is to provide a simple roof.

The front edge 12a (eaves) of the roof board 12 is hollow.
Rainwater inlet 23A is inserted over its entire length.
The rainwater inlet 23A is formed between a rear frame wall 231 and an upper frame wall 232 having a flat rectangular cylindrical shape. The front edge 12a of the roof plate 12 is supported by the upper surface of the rear frame wall 231 and projects into the front frame 23. In the rear frame wall 231, a gap 231a for bolt insertion is opened laterally along the length direction. The front frame 23 is further provided with an L-shaped portion 234 that hangs down from the front frame wall 233, and this L-shaped portion 234 is connected to the front frame 23.

Reference numeral 24 denotes a screw receiving plate, which has a size that allows it to be slidably inserted into the rear frame wall 231, and has screw holes 24a, 24a formed at positions facing the gap 231a. Pillar 30,
30 is a tubular bent column having a vertical portion 31 and an inclined portion 32 extending upward from the vertical portion 31. During construction, depending on the installation position, the column may be placed on the inclined portion 32 side and/or on the vertical portion. A predetermined length is cut from the end on the 31 side and the height is adjusted.

The portion 42 is a connection socket that opens obliquely to the tube axis direction. The front part of this upper end opening 42 is an engagement extension part 42a that protrudes like a brim, and this engagement extension part 42a
has a height and length that allows it to be slidably inserted into and removed from the insertion space 234a of the front frame 23. The upper end opening 42 is further formed with a backing plate 43 rising from the rear edge.

3 is fitted until it circumscribes the rear frame wall 231, and then
The rear frame wall 23 is inserted through the backing plate 43 and the gap 231a.
Bolt 2 is inserted into screw receiving plate 24 inserted into 1.
6 and 26 are screwed together and the front frame 23 is connected by tightening both bolts. Front frame 23, column joint 4

屋根本体10の構造を変える必要はない。 In this embodiment, the column joint 40 is externally fixed to the front frame 23 and receives the front frame 23, so it can be attached at any position in the length direction of the front frame 23.
The screw receiving plate 24 can also be moved within the rear frame wall 231 to any position in its length direction. For this reason,
As shown in FIG. 5A, when it is necessary to avoid planting trees, etc. 50 and shift one pillar 30 from the standard horizontal position shown by the dotted line to the position shown by the solid line,
The column joint 40 may be connected to the front frame 23 and the column 30 as described above by shifting the position where the drainage hole 23B is provided and the insertion position of the screw receiving plate 24, or, for example, as shown in FIG. Avoid pillar 3 on one side.
If it is necessary to shift 0 forward to the position shown by the solid line, move both ends of the pillar 30 so that the inclined part 32 of the pillar 30 is shorter and the vertical part 31 is longer than in the case shown by the dotted line. All you have to do is cut it and stand it up.
There is no need to change the structure of the roof body 10.

水機能を持たせることができる。 As described above, according to the present invention, the column is a column having a vertical gutter-like inclined part, and the column is communicated with the front frame of the roof frame through the column joint, and the column joint is a column with a vertical gutter-like slope. By making the upper end opening with the plate circumscribe the front frame and attaching it by partial fitting and bolt connection, the column joint can be easily attached to any position along the length of the front frame, and are bent columns and are not directly connected to the roof body, so you can change the front and back position relative to the roof body simply by changing the length, so you can erect plants etc. without changing the structure of the roof body. This increases versatility and improves workability compared to conventional methods. Furthermore, since there is no need to use a flexible hose as in the past, the appearance is improved and a higher rainwater drainage function can be provided.
