- 超音波トランスジユーサからの音波を音場媒体
に設けられた試料に集束伝搬する超音波顕微鏡の
音波伝搬媒体であつて、平らな上端に超音波トラ
ンスジユーサを設け、外側面を抛物面とするか、
内側面を抛物面とし、該抛物面の焦点に試料を装
着することを特徴とする超音波顕微鏡の音波伝搬
媒体。
