    ライン中に洗浄液を流す機構、該洗浄液送液後に
    同ライン中に水を流す機構を備えた装置において
    、次に選択される試薬に応じて洗浄液の量をコン
    トロールする機構を設けた事を特徴とする化学分
    析装置。
