Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the dropping of water drips from a blow-off port, by a method wherein a face frame is provided with a heating means such as an electric heater or the like and a method and a device for putting an electric source of the heating means ON, OFF in accordance with the increase or reduction of the temperature of the face frame are provided. CONSTITUTION:When atmosphere A flows into a cooled room 1 through an opening 1b by the entrance or exit of a man or the like and, further, the surface temperature of a face frame 3a is reduced to the dew point of indoor air near the frame 3a which is disturbed by the outer air A, water drips 9 are formed on the insulating part of the frame 3a. However, the dew point temperature of the indoor air near the frame 3a is inputted into a temperature difference regulator 6 at all times by a dew point temperature detector 7, while the temperature of conditioned air is inputted also into the regulator 6 by a temperature detector 8 provided in a duct 2, therefore, the regulator 6 compares these two temperature signals at all times. When the conditioned air temperature has arrived at the dew point temperature, the electric source of an electric heater 4 is put ON through a transformer 5 to heat the frame 3a and increase the temperature of the same, whereby the generation of the condensation of water on the frame 3a may be prevented.

BACKGROUND ART In order to blow out conditioned air indoors, outlets are provided on ceilings, walls, etc., and many ceiling outlets are usually installed with a face frame, such as an anemo-shaped outlet. In addition to general buildings, these air outlets are also installed in railway station buildings, airport terminal buildings, department stores, etc. Because these buildings have a lot of people going in and out, air conditioning outlets near the entrances are often installed. Condensation occurs on the face frame of the outlet due to the influence of outside air being blown in, and there are many problems in which water droplets fall on people, products, or computer ticket sales terminals.

Therefore, in order to prevent such condensation, the blowing airflow of conditioned air is made uniform to prevent outside air from being drawn in, and dew condensation prevention tape is attached to the surface of the face frame.

However, with such conventional countermeasures, for example, even if the blowout airflow is made uniform, it cannot counteract disturbances caused by intruding outside air and condensation occurs, and the application of anti-condensation tape also makes it difficult to ensure that the insulation material is sufficiently thick. Therefore, when used for a long period of time, the face frame is cooled by the conditioned air and reaches the dew point relative to the incoming outside air, resulting in condensation.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a heating means on the face frame of a conditioned air outlet, and controls the dew point temperature of indoor air near the outlet and supplies conditioned air to the outlet. The temperature of the conditioned air in the duct is measured, and when the measured temperature of the conditioned air reaches the dew point temperature, the heating means is turned on, and when the dew point temperature is not reached, the heating means is turned off. As an invention of a dew condensation prevention method for always keeping the temperature of the face frame above the dew point temperature by doing so, and a device used in carrying out this method, a heating means provided on the face frame of a conditioned air outlet, a dew point temperature detector that detects the dew point temperature of indoor air near the outlet; a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of conditioned air in a duct that supplies conditioned air to the outlet; and a conditioned air corresponding to the detected dew point temperature. The dew condensation prevention device is equipped with a temperature difference regulator that turns on and off the power of the heating means provided on the face frame depending on the temperature difference.

A dew point temperature sensor detects the dew point temperature of the air by detecting the temperature and humidity of the air, and the dew point temperature on the indoor side near the conditioned air outlet is detected.Meanwhile, the temperature sensor detects the conditioned air at the outlet. Detects the temperature of conditioned air in the supply duct. These detected temperature values are then input to the temperature difference controller and compared. As a result, when the conditioned air temperature approaches or reaches the dew point temperature, the heating provided in the face frame is activated by the temperature difference controller. The power supply of the means is O
N, the face frame is heated, and when the face frame temperature rises above the dew point temperature due to heating, no dew condensation occurs on the face frame. Moreover, as a result of the comparison, since no dew condensation occurs on the face frame while the temperature of the conditioned air has not reached the dew point temperature, the power to the heating means is maintained in the OFF state by the temperature difference regulator.

Now, when outside air A is blown into the air-conditioned room 1 through the opening 1b due to people coming in and out, etc., the temperature on the surface of the face frame 3a, that is, the temperature of the conditioned air blown out from the face frame 3a, is disturbed by the outside air A. When the dew point temperature of the indoor air near the face frame 3a is lowered, water vapor in the air condenses to form water droplets 9 at the edge of the face frame 3a. However, at this time, face frame 3a
The dew point temperature of the indoor air in the vicinity is constantly inputted to the temperature difference regulator 6 by the dew point temperature detector 7, while the temperature of the conditioned air is similarly inputted to the temperature difference controller 6 by the temperature detector 8 provided in the duct 2. Since the temperature signal is input to the regulator 6, the temperature difference regulator 6 constantly compares these two temperature signals, and if the conditioned air temperature reaches the dew point temperature, it switches on the power to the electric heater 4 via the transformer 5. When turned ON, the face frame 3a is heated and the temperature is increased to prevent condensation from forming on the face frame 3a.Also, if the conditioned air temperature has not reached the dew point temperature, condensation will not occur, so the electric heater 4 is turned off. It is kept in the OFF state.
