ツテリケースカバー３が車両本体１のヘツドガー
ド４の天井を支える支柱４ａにピン５を介して傾
動自在に装着され、このバツテリケースカバー３
の傾動部近傍には所定のふくらみ３ａをもたせ、
このふくらみ３ａの内部に上記ピン５を中心とし
て傾動する傾動部材６を内蔵し、この傾動部材６
の下辺にガススプリング７の一端を固定し、他端
を車両本体１に固定すると共に上記バツテリケー
スカバー３の上面にはシート取付板８が傾動自在
に装着され、このシート取付板８にはシート９が
取り付けられている。シート取付板８の一片が傾
動部材６に形成した突出部材６ａの上方に位置す
るように配設し、人が降りると、ガススプリング
７が傾動部材６を押し上げ、シート取付板８近傍
に配設したマイクロスイツチ１０を作動させるフ
