Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固定主型に湯口ブツシユを嵌着し、ダイベ
ース部、スペーサー部を可動主型と一体化し、押
出ロツド受板のそれぞれ前部と後部に設けた押出
棒と押出ロツド棒は水平方向移動自在に可動金型
内を貫入し、固定入子を前記固定主型の内部に上
下移動自在に挿入し、固定主型と固定入子に設け
たインロー部に固定主型の両端部よりピンを嵌入
して位置決め固定し、かつ前記可動主型の内部に
、可動入子を、分流子、押出板、押出ピンと一緒
に取付けた状態で上下移動自在に挿入し、可動主
型と可動入子に設けたインロー部に可動主型の両
側部よりピンを嵌入して位置決め固定することを
特徴とするダイカスト用金型。 (2) 上記可動主型は、その正面中程左右縁部に
ガイドピンをそれぞれ一本宛有し、かつ可動主型
の下方に受台を設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載のダイカスト用金型。
