    と、その背後部の発光体微粒子の含有率が少ない
    層から成ることを特徴とする高性能ＥＬ素子。 ２ 発光体微粒子の含有率が高い層の含有率が６
    ０容量％以上最密充填量以下であり、背後部の含
    有率が低い層の含有率が６０容量％未満であるこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の
    高性能ＥＬ発光素子。
