【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、フイラメントの取付構造に関す

自動車用ヘツドランプ等において、フイラメン
トの端部をインナーリードに溶接する場合に、金
属部材を介して行われることがある。従来例とし
ては、第1図イに示すように、フイラメントaの
端部にモリブデン製の短筒bを嵌めてモリブデン
製のインナーリードcに溶接したもの、或いはロ
に示すように、フイラメントa′の端部をU字形の
モリブデン板dに挾み込んでインナーリードc′に

ードであり、前記金属板1の端部1aを溶接する
ことにより、前記フイラメント2を取付け固定し

本考案に係る取付構造によれば、金属筒をフイ
ラメントの端部に嵌める必要がないので作業が容
易であり、金属筒を嵌めた後の抜止用潰し工程も
不要であり、また溶接時にモリブデン板がズレた
り、フイラメントが外れて抜けるようなこともな
く、溶接作業が円滑に出来るとともに、接着不良
や取付ミスを未然に防止することができる。さら
に本考案の場合は、帯状のモリブデン板の巻付け
を機械で行なえる利点があり、巻付けと同時にカ
シメる方法が採れ、フイラメントへの巻付けを能
率良く、しかも確実に行なうことができ、その実
