The wire was wound using an automatic winding machine using a jig. However, as is clear from the partial sectional views of the stator shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the slot insulating plates b are offset relative to the core a, and the ends d and d of the slot insulating plates b protrude from the core end surfaces c and c. The lengths may be different, or the ends d, d of the slot insulating plate b may be curved due to the winding force of the stator coil e. This has caused a problem in that a sufficient insulation distance between the stator coil e and the core a cannot be ensured, and sometimes the slot insulation plate is torn.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken from FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a right side view of the stator. In these drawings, a core 1 is constructed by laminating a plurality of iron core plates 2, and the core 1 has a pair of salient pole teeth 3, 3 on the inner circumferential surface, and each salient pole on the outer circumferential surface. Engagement grooves 4, 4 are provided on the back side of the teeth. A slot insulating plate 5 is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the slot of the core 1. 6 and 6' are end faces made of resin, each having approximately the same shape as the end face 7 of the core 1;
It has an end plate part 8 that covers the salient pole tooth part 3, and is located at the end face part of each salient pole tooth part 3. Each end plate portion 8 has an axial protrusion 9 provided along the inner peripheral end surface of the salient pole tooth portion 3 in a direction protruding from the salient pole tooth portion 3, and a fitting protrusion that fits into the engagement groove 4. 10, and a protrusion 11 for positioning the slot insulating plate 5 by abutting against the axial end 5' of the slot insulating plate 5 protruding from the core end face 7. The end face stand 6 located on one end face of the core 1 is

In this state, a part of the shroud jig is inserted into the gap 13 between the core end surface 7 on the salient pole tooth part and the end plate part 8 to position the shroud jig, and the stator coil 14 is positioned by an automatic winding machine. is wound around each salient pole tooth portion 3. In this case, the stator coil 14 is tightly wound and held in a constant shape due to the presence of the respective axial projections 9 of the end faces 6, 6'.
Further, a winding start end 14' and a winding end 14'' of the stator coil 14 are connected to the relay terminal section 12, respectively.

安定したステータを提供することができる。 As described above, according to the present invention, the stator coil can be held in a fixed shape by the end pedestal attached to the end face of the core, and the protrusion provided on the end pedestal can be attached to the shaft of the slotted insulating plate protruding from the end face of the core. Since the slot insulating plate is positioned by coming into contact with the directional end, the slot insulating plate is less likely to shift or be damaged, and the insulation distance between the stator coil and the core can be kept approximately constant. A stator with stable performance can be provided.
