【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は例えば自動車等に装備される比較的
低電圧の直流回転電機用ブラシ保持装置に関する

従来この種の装置として第1図乃至第5図に示
すものであつた。第1図において、1は回転する
電機子の整流子であつて、図示しない電機子巻線
の口出部に接続されている。2はこの整流子1に
摺接する複数のブラシ、3はこのブラシ2を保持
するブラシ保持器であつて、第2図示のように金
属板を曲げ加工して形成し、凹部3a内でブラシ
2を整流子1方向に摺動自在に保持している。そ
して、凹部3aの両側には鋲着部3bが形成さ
れ、一方の鋲着部3bには起立部3cが形成され
ている。4はこのブラシ保持器3のうちプラス側
のブラシ2を保持したもののみを保持するフエノ
ール板等より成る絶縁板、5は上記ブラシ保持器
3を固着保持する保持プレートであつて、第3図
示のようにネジ孔5a、リベツト貫通用の貫通孔
5b、リベツト頭部逃げ孔5cが穿設されてい
る。6はブラシスプリングであつて、巻き始め部
6aが上記ブラシ保持器3の起立部3cに係着さ
れ、他方、巻き終り部6bはブラシ2の頭部2a
に押圧当接し、ブラシ2を整流子1に所定の圧力

ラシ保持器3のうちプラス側のものは第5図(第
1図の−断面図)に示すように、2個のリベ
ツト7によつて絶縁板4に鋲着すなわちカシメ固
着された後、別の2個のリベツト7aによつて保
持プレート5の取付面に鋲着されている。そし
て、本装置全体は図示しない回転電機のエンドカ

10の取付面又は後述の絶縁板9のいずれかに鋲
着される鋲着部8bが形成されている。8c,8
eはそれぞれ起立部、リベツト孔である。9は従
来のものと同材料で形成された絶縁板であつて、
第8図に示すように突起部8dと係合する係合孔
9a、および一端部にはプレート係合用の切欠き
部9bが穿設されている。10は保持プレートで
あつて、第9図に示すように従来のものと同様の
ネジ孔10a、突起部8dと係合する係合孔10
b、リベツト頭部逃げ孔10cの他に上記突起部
8d用の逃げ孔10d、および絶縁板9の切欠き
部9bと係合する切起し部10eが形成されてい

入し、かつリベツト7でカシメ固着した後、さら
に、絶縁板9をリベツト7で保持プレート10に
カシメ固着する。この際、保持プレート10の切
起し部10eは絶縁板9の切欠き部9bと係合す
るようになつており、絶縁板9の位置決めを容易
に行なうことができるようになつている。そし
て、切起し部10eと切欠き部9bとを係合させ
た状態で、この係合部と反対側の絶縁板9の端部
を、リベツト7によりカシメ固着した後は、切起
し部10eと切欠き部9bとの係合は強固なもの
となる。したがつて、実際には、リベツト7を1
本しか使用していないにもかかわらず、リベツト
7を2本使用していた従来例と同様の確実さをも
つて、絶縁板9を保持プレート10に取付けるこ

の取付面に形成する構成としたので、作業の能率
化及び構造の簡素化を図ることがでる。そして、
この考案のブラシ保持器は、従来のものとは異な
り、鋲着部が凹部の片側にしか形成されていない
ため、その分プラス側のブラシ保持器とマイナス
側のブラシ保持器との間の隣接空間を広くするこ
とができ、より小型化を図ることが可能になると
