断することは困難であつた。そこでシール性が優
れているシリコンパツキングを利用することが考
えられるが、シリコンパツキングは耐熱、耐触性
が劣り、熱分解釜のような高温で且つ熱分解ガス
と触れるようなものには利用し難いものであつ

点のあるシリコンパツキングの腐触等を抑制する
ことができパツキングの寿命を延ばすことができ

8に給水し一周したあとジヤケツト8内の仕切板
に当り排出口より蓋体Bの外縁のウオータージヤ
ケツト9に給水され冷却水は同様に一周し筒体1
及び天板2のウオータージヤケツト6,7内を一
周し排出されるようにパイプにて連結すればより
効果的に放爆弁本体の冷却を行うことができるこ
