    ント基板やＩＣソケツトに挿着し、又はプリント
    基板やＩＣソケツトに挿着されているＩＣをその
    プリント基板やＩＣソケツトから離脱する為に使
    用する工具が係合するに適した形状を有する切り
    欠き部をＩＣパツケージの対向する２つの側面に
    設けたことを特徴とするＩＣパツケージ。 (2) 工具が係合するに適した形状を有する切り
    欠き部は、相対向する２つの側面において互に異
    なる形状を有することを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のＩＣパツケージ。
