材を挾み込んでせん断する方式である。 Conventionally, this type of device is called a slitter, and as shown in FIG. , 1' are rotated at a speed slightly faster than the transport speed of the material to be cut, and the material to be cut is sandwiched between both blades and sheared.

刃先調整が要求される。 For this reason, when the material to be cut is a hollow composite paper with a liner paper on the surface and a corrugated core paper on the inside, the area around the cut part deforms due to the compressive action of the knife before the cutting starts. However, since the cutting method is shearing with a thick knife, there is a problem in that the cut ends are crushed, resulting in what is commonly called "crow's footprints."Also, it is necessary to obtain the best possible cut surface when adjusting the gap in areas where the upper and lower cutters overlap. Therefore, strict cutting edge adjustment is required.

A cutting device with two rotary blades has been proposed, but in principle it relies on shearing like the two-blade blade described above, so a support member is placed opposite the cutting edge of the rotary blade to support the material to be cut. However, it has the drawback that the cut surface is easily crushed, deformed, and scratched with the receiving material. Furthermore, if the rotation of the rotary blade is accelerated, the damage and deformation of the cutting surface will be improved to some extent, but on the other hand, the blade edge will overheat and become soft due to the heat generated by the friction between the cut material or the receiving material and the blade, which will reduce the sharpness of the blade. It has the drawback of not only damaging it but also accelerating its wear. Further, there is also a problem in that the receiving material also comes into contact with the blade and the material to be cut, causing wear and other damage to both of them.

This cutting device is characterized in that it continuously cuts a material to be cut, which is conveyed between two blades, parallel to the flow direction of the material.

In the figure, an upper rotating shaft 4 and a lower rotating shaft 4' are rotatably supported by a frame via bearings 6, 6' at both ends thereof, respectively. A disk-shaped cutter 3, which has incisors P of the same pitch on the circumference, is attached to the rotating shafts 4, 4' by means of fixing jigs 5, 5' with bolts or the like.
3' is attached. The cutting teeth P are provided all around the blades 3, 3', but are partially omitted in FIG. 2, and the omitted portions are indicated by dashed lines.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, the cutters 3 and 3' are arranged in the same plane, without contacting each other, and with the peaks and troughs of the incisor teeth P interlocking with each other.

There is also a gear 9 disposed so as to mesh with the gear 8, and the gear 9 is connected to a drive motor 1 equipped with an accelerating/decelerating device.
Connected to 0. Further, rolls 12 are arranged to support and guide the material 11 to be cut.

As the gear 9 fitted to the main shaft connected to the drive motor 10 rotates, the gears 8 and 7 rotate in opposite directions to transmit rotational torque to the rotation shafts 4 and 4'. The blades 3 and 3' attached to the shaft rotate together with the blade 4' while meshing with each other.

形態となる。 The cutting mode depends on the thickness of the material to be cut 11 and the blade 3.
3', and if the former is larger than the latter, the upper cutter 3 will overlap the workpiece 11.
Also, since the cutter 31 does not reach the upper surface of the material to be cut 11, the upper part of the material to be cut 11 is cut by the upper cutter 3, and the lower part by the lower cutter 3'.

る。 According to the present invention, in any cutting mode, the material to be cut is sandwiched between the disc-shaped blades arranged above and below, and the cutting resistance applied to each blade can be balanced. Since the object acts both as a cutting blade and as a support material for the other blade at the same time, a support material is not needed, and clean cuts can be made without crushing the cut surface. Particularly favorable results can be obtained when applied to a cardboard cutting device.
