における電力使用量の低減、溶解時間の短縮等に
充分寄与出来ないという問題がある。

形がないこと。第3にスクラツプを高温に予熱し
うる排ガスを供給出来るダクトおよび排ガスの漏
洩しない接続部を設けたことからなるスクラツプ
予熱装置を提供するものである。

る装入用可搬バケツトとしたこと等による相乗効
果によつて、排ガス温度の放熱と漏洩が防げ、加
えて高温の排ガスがスクラツプ予熱に使用出来る
ことからスクラツプの予熱温度は500℃以上が確
保され次工程の電気炉の電力使用量の低減、溶解
時間の短縮等による従来なし得なかつた効果を得
ることが出来た。更にスクラツプの予熱が完了し
た後は給排水装置(第4図の点線)を装入用可搬
バケツトから取り外すのでバケツトの運搬は冷却
用のゴムホース等がじやまになるようなことは全
くない。
