Claims (1)
- 電子回路基板面でかつ三角形になるように設け
た３箇所の導体と、電子回路基板面から離れた上
部でかつ前記導体に対応するように配置した３対
のプローブピンと、前記プローブピンを保持しか
つ絶縁体で作つたプローブピン保持板と、前記プ
ローブピン保持板を電子回路基板に対して上下さ
せる上下機構と、前記上下機構の移動方向と直交
する２方向にかつ移動方向を回転中心としするＸ
―Ｙ―θテーブルと、前記プローブピンに接続し
前記導体の抵抗を測定する測定部とを含むことを
特徴とする電子回路検査装置。
