本考案は前側のみをロツクすることにより、車
前床面のクロスメンバーに固定する自動車用後部
座席(リヤシートクツシヨン)の取付構造に関す

中間板に取付けられているため、シートクツシヨ
ンの前後方向の荷重によつて中間板が揺動する。
そのためシートクツシヨンにガタが生じ座り心地
が悪い不具合があつた。また、シートクツシヨン
フレームを外部から視覚できない車体の止孔に設
けた中間板に嵌挿させる構造であるため、シート
クツシヨンの取付作業の作業性が悪く、斯る作業
性を向上せんと止孔を大きくすると、前記シート

とブラケツトとの間の間隙に嵌挿された座席スト
ツパを係止片で係止させて座席の前部を車体に固
定することを特徴とするものである。即ち、本願
は座席のストツパをクロスメンバーの外側で係止
するようにして、取付の作業性を向上させ、且
つ、クロスメンバーとブラケツトとの間の間隙
に、この両部材に平行に形成した座席のストツパ
を嵌挿させて、座席を確実に車体に固定し、座席
の前後方向の荷重をクロスメンバーとブラケツト
