たときにはダイアグノーシス表示信号を出力する
とともに前記フイードバツク制御を停止し、押さ
れないときには異常時のみ異常信号を出力すると
ともに前記フイードバツク制御を続行する制御回
路と、前記制御回路からのダイアグノーシス表示
信号または異常信号により点滅または点灯するダ
イアグノーシス表示ランプとから構成したことを
