- 所定の長さのチユーブ状フイルムを回転する回
転板の穴内に収容して回転板の回転により該チユ
ーブ状フイルムをストツパに当接させて該チユー
ブ状フイルムを該穴内で円形にふくらませて被装
着物の外周に装着するチユーブ装着装置において
、該回転板に近接して該チユーブ状フイルムにイ
オン化エアシヤワーを吹き付けて静電気を除去す
る静電気除去装置を設け、該ストツパを帯電させ
るように構成したことを特徴とするチユーブ装着
装置。
